- Q: How do I know if this bike will fit my child?
A: You can use this size chart to help you decide, however the best way to tell is to come into the shop and try.
Q: How long will this bike fit my child?
A: It's impossible for us to predict how fast your child will grow, a perfect fit gives your child optimum efficiency and comfort when riding, however, a bicycle can still be ridden if the fit is not perfect - the ride will just be less comfortable. Most kids bikes last about 2 years. A bike to large can be hard to handle/control (reaching for pedals and handlebar) and a bike to small can feel a bit cramped (knees up towards the chest). We can always advise you if a bikes' fit is too small or too large.
Q: Will this bike be assembled?
A: All Norco childrens bikes will be assembled and inspected before delivery: which limits our delivery area (for this brand) to the Ottawa area, and of course in-store pickups.
Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: Complete bicycles are not eligible for a refund, but for exchange or store credit. Click to read our full Return Policy.
